Using your breath to centre yourself

How taking a few deep breaths can help you Centre yourself completely....

Each time we take a deep breath in and then exhale, we are grounding ourselves and bringing ourselves back to the present moment.

In your minds eye, Imagine a shore line. Each time a wave comes in, it covers anything written on the sand. When it goes out again it makes the sand smoother, until no trace of the word is left at all.

The same process happens when we breathe deeply and release. Each time we

draw breath we are taking in a beautiful source of energy, and then exhaling any stress and emotional debris.

If you ever find yourself feeling tense, anxious, nervous or stressed try taking a few deep breaths and see how your concerns fade away, just like the writing on the shoreline.
